To solve this problem, the common way is make design model be the real product for validation.In order to reduce the cost of physical testing, and accelerate development time,more and more manufacturers using CAE and replace the traditional calculations. In present study,using watertight doors as research object.To analysis the leakage by CAE method and a Comparison with Computer Predictions with Experimental Results. Because CAE can’t imitate leakage for the reason that In present study change to comparing Contact pressure. Create a design specification. Manufacture of door panels, rubber and water tank, for testing with more watertight leak data,and create the best design method. The study conclusion is available for the future select watertight rubber.
