This study aims to provide an insight of the impact of changes in the elements of pension provision. Meanwhile, this study developed an online pension spreadsheet system constructed in the global information network as a personal pension planning tool. By this online system, the users could get a clearer understanding of their own future financial blueprint and set more practical financial goals for retirement planning. This online system might assist individuals to conduct the most suitable wealth management planning. The more comprehensive pre-retirement financial planning, the more peace of mind, and the individual could carry out a new life journey when retired from the workplace.
