碩士 === 淡江大學 === 資訊與圖書館學系碩士班 === 100 === 　　Due to the advancement in information technology and the application of Internet technology, digital resources are becoming indispensable items in library collections. Building the e-Book platform has become one of the ways to provide e-Book service. 　　This study uses Online Survey Questionnaire to collect data from the user of National Taichung Library e-Book Online Service, and to explore the user satisfaction on the usage, function and information of that platform. 　　The results of this study are summarized as follows: 　　1.National Taichung Library e-Book Online Service to use without geographical limitations, you can register by any library card of public library. The number of e-Book collections increased year by year, and the members and the lending rate also showed a rising trend. 　　2.The most satisfied of satisfaction among the use of platform is "the quality of the connection of this platform." 　　3.The most satisfied of satisfaction among the functionality of platform is "reading e-Books online by browser." 　　4.The most satisfied of satisfaction among the provided information of platform is "the bibliographic of e-Books can be complete presented." 　　5.The most satisfied of satisfaction among the service of platform is "the booking service is useful."
