Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 心理與諮商學系碩士班 === 100 === The goal of this research is for developing “Environmental Quality of Internship” Scale for intern counselors, and analyzes the relationship on the Environmental Quality of Internship and Professional Identity. In order to achieve the goal, the first thing is reviewing the relative papers and documents and building the theoretical base of the research, then I draft the questions according to the scale and do the analysis of experts validity. After that, I do localized item analysis and Factor Analysis for developing the intern counselor’s “Environmental Quality of Internship Scale”. Via questionnaire survey to collecting information, I have 305 intern counselors (2008~2011) as valid feedback data by a purposive sample. This data is also analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression. The following are the results of the research: 1. “Environmental Quality of Internship Scale”: There are “Importance” and “Satisfaction” in the “Environmental Quality of Internship Scale” , and the content of the scale contains “Institutional atmosphere”, “Counseling work”, “Official work”, “Professional training”, “Supervise”, “Institutional resources” and “Leadership”. 2. The results of background variables, Environmental Quality and Professional Identity in this research: The Institutions have enough works and hours for interns. College counseling centers tend to focus on whole intern works, and Medical institutions offer more Counseling work hours, Supervise hours and Professional training hours to intern counselors. Intern counselors get high scores at the “Importance” and “Satisfaction” belonged to “Environmental Quality of Internship Scale”. The results show that the scores of “Supervise” is the highest one in the “Importance” and “Satisfaction”. Communication between institutions and intern counselors, pays, and the training of Crisis Management get lower “Satisfaction” scores. In addition, intern counselors consent that they have great professional identity. 3. The different situations of background variables, Environmental Quality and Professional Identity: In this 4 years, there are no different between the “Importance” and “Satisfaction” of Environmental Quality from intern counselors, and I can speculate that College counseling centers can offer great resources, Medical institutions can offer great professional training. Besides, intern counselors can be satisfied by more counseling work, supervise and institutional resources hours; and intern counselors having more counseling work and supervise hours get higher scores in Professional Identity. 4. The relationship and regression on Environmental Quality and Professional Identity: There are positive correlations between Environmental Quality and Professional Identity. In addition, the “Satisfaction” of “Counseling work” and “Competent leadership” can used to positively predict Professional Identity of intern counselors. Based on the research, these results could offer useful suggestions for patricidal applications and future researches.
