The researcher has surveyed the perception of teachers with different demographic variables and environmental variables towards the pressure of low fertility and the school marketing strategies. Finally, the researcher has analyzed the relationship between the pressure of low fertility and the school marketing strategies. For this study availabe, literature on the pressure of low fertility and the school marketing strategies were reviewed, and the “Questionnaire on the relationship between the pressure low fertility and the school marketing strategies in Taipei public elementary schools” was used to survey the teachers in Taipei public elementary schools. The sample was 604 teachers in 47 elementary schools in Taipei city. The collected data was analyzed with various statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as follows: 1.The perception of Taipei public elementary schools teachers about the pressure of low fertility is above average at medium-high level, and the increase of parents demand is the highest among pressures. 2.The perception of Taipei public elementary schools teachers about the school marketing strategies is above average at medium-high level, and the perception of the strategy to promote the professional image of school team is at the highest level. 3.There are significant differences in the pressure of low fertility in items such as gender, age, number of birth, school location, school size, the number of the first grade students meeting the quota or not, decreasing the number of class or not, and the number of surplus teachers in the past three years. 4.There are significant differences in the teachers perception of school marketing strategies in Taipei public elementary schools in items such as incumbent duty, school location, school size, the number of the first grade students meeting the quota or not, and decreaseing the number of class or not. 5.The pressure of low fertility and the school marketing strategies in Taipei public elementary schools have very low positive correlation, but the teachers under higher pressure of low fertility have higher perception in items of "the effectiveness of learning strategies for students" and "education promotion strategy" among school marketing strategies. Finally, based on the research results, a number of concrete suggestions are proposed to relevant educational administrations, elementary schools and future researchers for references .
