However, these kind of infrastructural projects are generally undertaken by contract after open bid and this often result in the uncertainty and urgency before and after the closing. For example, the bid winner must meet with the limited time frame provided by contract, but the required lead-time may not fall within that schedule, whereas, the issue of planning preparation for materials is to be solved. As the equipment supplier, if the probability of receiving order can be estimated, then the preparation of material can b e previously arranged accordingly. Therefore, this study is adapting case-based reasoning to build up a decision support module and the required indicators with whose weight are prepared by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. By operating this module the wanted probability will be calculated and shown. The purposes of this module are improving the comprehensiveness of human judgment, facilitating the better resource allocation and aligning the frontline and logistics of an enterprise. The empirical results prove that the know-how of senior sales representative can be firstly inducted and deduced by the module and then its decision supporting value will be created. For enterprise, this module offers not only decision support but also the holding of knowledge capital.
