| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 美術學系美術創作碩士班 === 100 === In the beginning of my thesis, identification of females’ and noticing are being discussed. I try to find the role of a female artist. I got started from myself to respond to the stereotype and aesthetic from a common view and to explore that young women as how to keep their self-awareness and the power to make decisions when their various desires contradict and conflict with social values. In the beginning of my art works, I used martial from my own body to the fruit and food, which will decay, to discuss women’s body and desires. I also explored the change of material through time, to respond to the psychological sense of time. This was done by discussing time as the main core, and to freeze the beautiful memories through keeping the objects, which helped in providing the imagination. Probing into the concealed behavior and healing rituals , and the projection of desire and the transference in process is also looked into.
In the chapter III, series of art work on “Love for all Seasons” is used to verify and prove the theory and correlate to the identification and thinking, inner desire and insecurity for love; to explore the fictional and real images as well as to make people have beautiful illusions by the images in the popular culture. This is followed by a discussion to deconstruct two genders’ point of view of established value through the masquerade and then try to rethink the view of subject. The next step is to use a plain and straight way to record the real married life which got married in one hundred year.In the last chapter, I developed a story through the language of the images using my own love experience and situation. This also includes practicing the same ways as above to translate the material to the language; to create the repetitive behavior to heal the spirit; and to look at two different sides(minds) of me by the masquerade. In the conclusion, I inspect my creative thinking and look forward to having more possibilities in creating art works from myself.
