Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立體育學院 === 運動科學研究所 === 100 === The main purpose of the study was to examine the effects of 3-step running throw, the ball velocity and scoring rate when the handball players in the state of using resin. Methods: The data of throwing was captured and analyzed via the three-dimensional electromagnetic motion analysis system by ten male handball players from first-division of college. These subjects performed a 3-step running throw on penalty at a distance of 7m, and their ball velocity was measured by sports radar gun, simultaneously the scoring rate of three different targets was recorded. Results: When using resin, the ball velocity of the first-division handball players during 3-step running throw became faster. At the same time, the maximal velocity of shoulder external rotation became faster at the top left-corner target. Also, the maximal velocity of shoulder external rotation, wrist flexion and thorax flexion became faster, the maximal angle of hip flexion became bigger, and the time of the maximal thorax rotational velocity delay occurred at the top middle target. Furthermore, the maximal angle of elbow flexion became smaller and the maximal angle of hip flexion became bigger at the top right-corner target when using resin. Correlation may exist between the kinematic parameters changes with the increasing ball velocity. In aspect of scoring rate, it became lower at the top right-corner target when using resin. Conclusion: The subjects of using resin could indeed promote the ball velocity during 3-step running throw, and it affected the movement performance. Simultaneously, using resin reduced the scoring rate at the top right-corner target. The effects of the ball velocity, the movement performance and the scoring rate as using resin may provide a reference that the handball coach suggested the handball players used resin when competition.
