It is not easy to maintain the normal operation and profitability of a company, in particular, have a huge capital and advanced equipment, and also to have advance technology and talented person in professional IC packaging and testing firm, but also take care those in capacity utilization rate in recent years can see a lot of IDM company, they have own foundry and also packaging and testing firm, but some of their orders to Taiwan's firm, the main consideration is operating costs, and then the quality and performance must be good, yield rate is also to high, which once again to explain the specialization of competitiveness. Taiwan's manufacturers a large number of IC packaging and testing, the main object of study with 24-Taiwan listed companies by DEA data envelopment analysis of the CCR model and BCC model, to major research the homogeneity business units, from the same input resources such as fixed assets, number of employees, operating expenses, etc., relative to the output part of the net operating income can be learned in the analysis of these joint lists, whether that corresponds to the most appropriate enough to be the other exemplary, after analysis if someone be inefficient firm, it possible the scale is not enough, or technical skill need to enhancement, to achieve the overall efficiency refer to DEA analysis, the study period from 2007 to 2011 years a total of five years.
