NB OEM/ODM revenues keep reaching, but gross profit margin was being compressed. In order to strengthen competitiveness, the manufacturers in addition to the expansion of production capacity through the integration of resources, cooperation with strategic partners, upstream and downstream development of vertical integration to create more competitive products and services. That will derive greater business opportunities. The object of study is Quanta Computer Inc. which focuses on hardware development. People patterns of behavior will affect business opportunities. Quanta see that cloud computer will be the IT new era. It plans to develop a cloud of high added value products. It is transformed from manufacturing service to technology services for new 3C solution provider -- Cloud computing, Connectivity, Client device. This research is based on Open Innovation concept, using reference documents collection method to summarize innovation. According six actions to explain six factors of management model, including value proposition, target customers, value chain, revenue generation mechanisms, value network and competitive strategy. Explore the core concepts of open and services to create an effective competitive advantage.
