Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 通訊工程研究所 === 100 === In recent years, cancer has become the first of ten leading causes of death in Taiwan. There are many treatments to cure cancer in medical, but most of all may cause many side effects. Due to this reason, we choose hyperthermia for cancer treatment, and cancer cells are killed when the temperature is 42℃. In this thesis, we employ the way of magnetic induction heating to achieve hyperthermia and improve our previous system. Firstly, we redesign our magnetic circuit and induction heating coils in order to provide well magnetic field generation efficiency and structure of the system is movable so that it can fit various figure of patient. Secondly, we use SMTLP method to measure the complex permeability of magnetic materials by network analyzer and to utilize its value to carry out several simulations of the system. To verify system heating effect, we do animal experiment each system. In first experiment, we employ redesigning system to resect the liver of rat and to burn the rabbit spleen artery. In second experiment, we employ the system after optimization to burn the liver and kidney of rat and rabbit kidney heating experiments. In two weeks later after the experiment, the usage of hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stain and Masson stain to observe the cell repair, and blood samples is also taken before and after the experiment to show liver function of animals.
