We wish to combine two materials by adding rubber particle in traditional concrete to increase the ductility material property and reducing the waste rubber influence to the environment. We build 0% and 5% and 10 % rubber particle weight replacement. In order to get material Young’s modulus dynamic behavior by pedestrian loading for rubber concrete. We applied NTD, test by shear and compression wave velocity of spectrum. Tested the samples with compression and shear wave velocity to analysis the Eigen frequency and other properties to get the material elasticity modulus. We want to get the dynamic behavior by pedestrian loading for rubber concrete RC slab laboratory test. By the test results we can found the 2.5% rubber concrete. In this study we applied the rubber concrete to get high elastic and energy consuming RC slab in case with 3.6 Hz. By the dynamic loading response by MTS system.
