Summary:碩士 === 文藻外語學院 === 華語文教學研究所 === 100 === The emergence of mobile devices combined with new multimedia tools that enhance in portability has pushed the usage of mobile learning increasing considerably in the recent years.Mobile learning is most suited for full-time students as well as learners who cannot follow regular courses due to other commitments, such as businessmen. There are two ways in which mobile learning may be utilized - teaching with the assistance of mobile devices and carry out independent study by students themselves. This study examines the ways in which mobile devices, through the implementation of proper teaching design, may function as a source of interactive learning which is most needed for independent study.We hope to see the utilization of mobile devices will not only function as a storage of contents, but also become an effective tool in Chinese language teaching.
