However, under the constant promotion for the current education reform, teachers’ workloads continue to increase, which makes it obvious that the manpower of teaching is seriously insufficient. How to integrate cloud service effectively and quickly to enhance the working efficiency of teaching has been a task for the current teaching organizations of different levels to strive actively to put into practice. The study first focuses on actually setting up cloud service server in the process of system implementation, building up several virtual devices in order to constitute cloud service, and then combining them with the integration mode designed for the study as well as carrying out system implementation aimed at a certain school. Second, based on the theory of system integration method, the system switching is integrated into the implementation mode, which combines segment translation with parallel conversion. The concurrent integration mode is redesigned and the implementation of the four phases, including teaching information environment analysis phase, teaching information environment design phase, teaching information environment performance phase and teaching information environment operation phase, is integrated into the procedure. After the implementation and the effect discovered, the teachers, by means of the cloud virtual devices, are able to enhance the convenience and the immediacy of the access to the teaching resources under the mobile circumstances. Moreover, through the integration of the study’s implementation mode, such problems as users’ rejection and adaptation caused by the system integration can be effectively improved and the seamless transition be reached between the old and the new. As for the verification, the study respectively carried out the establishment of cloud service and the integration mode in the four strategically allied elementary schools in Xihu Township, Miaoli County. After one month of trying and testing, the data were collected through the “user attitude” gauge, which probed the users’ attitudes toward cloud service being integrated into an elementary teaching information setting. It is known, after the data being processed and analyzed, that in aspects of perceived usefulness, perceived accessibility, users’ attitudes and behavioral orientation, the users recognize cloud service being integrated into the teaching information setting, and apparently, the recognition is above the average, which suggests the users hold active and positive attitudes toward the integration of cloud service. In the meantime, through the study result, the integration procedure can apply to a small school made up of less than six classes so as to swiftly integrate cloud service & teaching setting into campuses and to effectively intensify the teaching information environment at hand.
