The industrial chain is necessary to be extended to promote across-domain knowledge, as well as create and integrate different industries. Through expanding the boundaries of traditional closed organizations, the process of innovation becomes more open to obtain extra knowledge and creativity. Thus, the opportunities of industrial innovation can be increased, and future of the industry can also be confirmed. There are numerous companies in various industries that influence the society. Therefore, the research in performing a new mechanism of resource conservation services, building a service-oriented system for industrial, conducting perfect combination of research achieves in resource conservation service innovation technology, and transforming system to promote the balance are deemed to be important in the modern enterprises. The project is aimed to assist Wai Cheong Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. at Chung Hsing Industry Park in Miaoli County by adopting system dynamics methodology. System dynamics is primarily introduced into this project for performance analysis. Considering the factors of global business environment and the domestic industrial structure, the proposed performance evaluation model can be formulated. With the performance evaluation on the indicators, the overall performance structure can additionally be clarified. After reliability analysis of the simulated model is verified, it can provide dynamic results on demand forecasting, quality control, and marketing management for decision making. It is achievable to remove the strategic planning constraints in reducing consumption of resources caused by failure. As the system simulation result, the model ensures the long-term increasing benefits of the company. After the improvement, the monthly income is more than the last month by NT$ 12680,000 and the profits will be higher than before by NT$ 180000,000. In conclusion, the construction of system dynamics model on service strategy and resource management would enhance the opportunity to achieve in the company’s increasing profits when confronting the current dynamic and competitive market environment.
