Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 創意生活設計系碩士班 === 100 === Abstract The residential buildings in Taiwan are more and more high-risen, and congregate dwelling is now the most common residential type in urban areas; therefore, floor impact sound has become the key factor for high quality life. Current laws have neither any standard to classify floor impact sound, nor the reference for designing noiseproof floor slab. As a result of from past studies, floating floor is an effective way to reduce floor impact noise. Due to its porosity and elasticity, resilient material can be applied to floating floor structure to effectively reduce noise passing through floors. This study carries out a series of floor impact sound insulation tests in a full-scale chamber, to find out the correlation between floating floor structure and impact sound insulation. The structure of floating floor can be divided into two parts; one is surface material, and another one is resilient material. For surface materials, this study uses concrete and wooden slabs; for resilient material, it aims at glass fiber wool and rock wool that could be easily found in Taiwan. The result of this research will provide a guideline for choosing resilient material to be applied to floating floor structure , and will be a reference for designing noiseproof floor slab. ■Results 1. The noise reduction by using concrete slab as surface material is better than by using wooden slab, and the thicker the concrete slab is, the more the noise is reduced. 2. Light-weight impact sound : The thicker and lower-density resilient material can improve the level of floor sound insulation. 3. Heavy-weight impact sound : The thicker resilient material can provide better improvement, while the density of resilient material is not quiet related with sound insulation. 4. Considering both light-weight and heavy-weight impact sound, th3 study finds out that the best collocations are to combine 100mm concrete slab with 60K50mm rock wool, and 100mm concrete slab with 80K50mm rock wool. 5. Suggestions for designing floating floor : (1) Using thicker concrete slab as surface material can produce better sound insulation. (2) Using thicker and lower density resilient material can produce better sound insulation.
