| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 100 === This study was to explore the establishment of an innovation opened network platform. Supply chain integration for the traditional construction trade and the traditional housing agency will bring the advantages of strategy alliance and lower overall costs, such as the strategy alliance groups partnership will bring more market opportunities and easily to access critical resources than its competitors; For consumer, it will decrease the transaction costs and increase consumer benefit through this innovation opened network platform, compared with the traditional construction trade and traditional housing agency.
This study found out how construction processed by interviewing the professionals of construction and housing agency. We can find out what is consumer’s real need through Service Experience Engineering (SEE) method explored by Institute for Information Industry. Combine with IT systems developed with suppliers, consumers and the innovation opened network platforms then explored the benefits and advantages of development in this innovation opened network platforms.
By studying explored and theories verified, established innovation opened network platform help consumer and suppliers to decrease the problem of communication and information asymmetric information. This platform will help more strategic alliances between suppliers cooperation and the integration of upstream and downstream, and by this platform to achieve sharing benefit and sustainable development.
