For an individual, it’s obvious that he or she tolerate the excessive pressure of work will lead to somatoform mental disorders, anxiety and depression. For an organization, it will result in low morale of the staff, increased absenteeism rate, the performance of employees. Finally, it will have a great negative influence on organization’s operational efficiency and the profitability and revenue. As time goes on, people pay more attention to the concept of physical and mental health. For this reason, more and more tech companies fail to recruit the operator in Taiwan. There are so numerous technology, especially in OEM factory, industry in Taiwan. In order to confirm the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the products, it’s important for those OEM factory to recruit operator. In this environment, operator feel much more work-related stress. Therefore, in order to create a beautiful working environment, organizations need to think more than twice how to reduce those work-related stress through strategies as well as methods, retain talented people, and remain competitive.   While the results of this stuff show job stressors will have a negative impact on the work behavior;in coping strategies, job rotation is found to be an important moderator of the relationship between interpersonal conflict and work morale. Then, the organizations support is found to be an important moderator relationship between interpersonal conflict and turnover intention.   The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between work stressors and work behaviors. Then, whether the coping strategies have a moderating effect on work stressors and work behaviors. The researcher sent out 450 questionnaires with 284 questionnaires. The valid response rate was 61.11%.
