Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 材料科技研究所 === 100 === Pt nanoparticles on graphene was formed from graphite oxide by two step reduction. Raman spectra analysis showed that the graphene can be formed from graphite oxide by two step reduction. The Pt nanoparticles could be uniformly dispersed on graphene and the Pt nanoparticles have a face center cubic structure showed by the observation of transmission electron microscope. The analysis of X-ray diffraction showed that the grapheme is quite random, the peaks of carbon being quite broadened. The analysis of thermal gravity (TGA) showed that the reduction efficiency is 60wt% and 80wt% in one step and two step reduction, respectively. The solution is 0.5M H2SO4 for the electrochemical measurement. The potential increased with the increase of reduction time and the most ability of electro could be obtained in a reduction time of 12 hours. The most electrochemical surface area is 159.48m2/g under 150℃, 12 hours in a two step reductions. On summary, the Pt/grapheme formed by two step reductions has a smaller layer space of graphene, a higher thermal stability, and a larger electrochemical surface, which is suitable for fuel cell.
