One is the network system software and firmware development, and another is BiSS-C communications transmission specifications to achieve. The first part is using Keil C to code the network layer architecture which base on the current network architecture that is suitable for industrial machine technology. It verifies by software named Wireshark and combines with the Internet browser. The network system base on NMC1200 intelligent motion controller can use human-computer interface to monitor the machines, or real-time through the network web browser to monitor the machines. The second part is BiSS-C transmission protocol in NMC1200 respectively as the MA side and the SL side. MA side sends the transmission signal and receives SL''s data. SL side receives the input of the measured values of the optical encoder and corrects them. The fix way is using high-powered subdivision and fourfold frequency counting technology to compensate for the shifting phase and improve signal accuracy. It’s through the network system to transmit data and compensation. The network system design uses today''s popular cloud concept to develop the system architecture. BiSS-C protocol can through th network system to transmit real-time data to PC side. This system architecture makes the status of the industrial machines make better real-time monitoring.
