In this study, 100academic year studying in Taiwan to Changhua and Yunlin vocational students in vocational classes for the study of the population.99 school year, Chang, the number of students in vocational high clouds were 33,776 people. Seven randomly selected schools. Any sampling tests each school two classes, the use of research tools to "test the skills of vocational students in the questionnaire related factors", about 40 students per class, approximately 560 students for the study, a total of 531 were recovered, the recovery rate was 94.8%. Statistical methods used in this study included descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA analysis, stepwuse method, canonical correlation analysis. Conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Students participate in vocational training courses to learn the skills test in motivation and learning in the degree of satisfaction with the standard of performance. 2.Female students than male students in learning motivation and learning have a higher satisfaction level of knowledge. 3.First-year students in learning motivation and learning satisfaction level were higher than some high school students. 4.Domestic science students in the class and business class on motivation in learning science and health satisfaction were higher than students in other classes. 5.There is participation in and through the skills test, have a party but failed to pass the skills test and skills test without any experience to participate in student motivation and learning in satisfaction were not significantly different. 6.Learning motivation and learning between the degree of satisfaction showing significant low to moderate positive correlation. Finally, this study based on the above findings, namely students, teachers, schools, future researchers to make a few suggestions.
