Study objectives are as follows: (1) To find out the current status of elementary school teacher leadership.(2) To find out the current status of elementary school culture. (3) To analyze the relevant situation of elementary school teacher leadership and school culture. (4) To analyze the predicting of elementary school teacher leadership to school culture. The Subjects participated in this study were pubilc elementary school teachers in the 2012 academic year. Questionnaire of The Teacher Leadership and The School Culture were used in this study. Five hundred (500) questionnaires were sent out, with 407 returned. The responding rate was 81.4%. Data were analyzed by the following approaches: Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffé posterior Comparisons, Pearson product-moment correlation and Logistic Regression. The findings of the study are follows: (1) The elementary school teachers express a level of upper-middle about teacher leadership and school culture. (2) Partial background variables of subjects significantly reveal differences among teachers’ perceptions on teacher leadership and school culture.
