The researcher used the「Interpersonal Relationship and Bullying Behaviors Questionnaire Survey」as the research tool and to collect data from eligible subjects. There were 524 valid subjects for analysis. The return rate was 91.4%, primary findings: (1) The family relationship in high graders at elementary school of Yunlin county is the most influential effect. (2) Girl、live with parents、the result rank of last semester is top one- third of all classmates、father’s highest degree is academy or college、mother’s highest degree is not illiteracy have better representation on interpersonal relationship. (3) The high graders at elementary school in Yunlin county have a little of bullying behaviors, and language bullying behavior is more serious than others. (4) Elementary school high graders in Yunlin county of boy and sixth grade have much more bullying behaviors. (5) There is a negative relationship between interpersonal relationship and bullying behavior of elementary school high graders in Yunlin county. (6)The kinds of interpersonal relationship of high graders at elementary school in Yunlin county can anticipate bullying behaviors. According to the findings, this study provided suggestions to the departmentof elementary school administrations、teachers、parents and the future researches.
