Study objectives are as follows: (1) To find out the current status of high school teacher leadership.(2) To find out the current status of high teacher efficacy. (3) To analyze the relevant situation of high school teacher leadership and teacher efficacy. (4) To analyze the predicting of high school teacher leadership to teacher efficacy. The Subjects participated in this study were high school teachers in 2012 academic year in Yunlin County. Questionnaire of The Teacher Leadership and The Teacher Efficacy were used in this study. Five hundred and forty (540) questionnaires were sent out, with 433 returned. The responding rate was 78.9%. Data were analyzed by the following approaches: Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffé posterior Comparisons, Pearson product-moment correlation and Logistic Regression. The findings of the study are follows: (1) The high school teachers express a level of upper-middle about teacher leadership and teacher efficacy. (2) Partial background variables of subjects significantly reveal differences among teachers’ perceptions on teacher leadership and teacher efficacy. (3) Teacher leadership and teacher efficacy were positively related. (4) Teacher leadership has predicting power over teacher efficacy.
