The popular of the Internet in Taiwan not only made information pass faster, but also made the industrial network applications develop greatly. The on-line game is the best example to show it. People use Internet to connect each other for contributing a virtual team and it produces a new pattern of society and different thinking way without space gap. The working environment will be more fictitious in the future. Therefore, the leader who is outstanding in the virtual team can adapt and control the working environment easier in the future. The researchers in IBM Institute for Business Value mention that the things you learn from on-line games can be used in your work directly. The skill, experiences, the rapid reaction and so on are all connect to working ability. According to this point, this research will use the on-line game World of Warcraft to be the observation of environment for observing the type, process and strategy from the leader to do the survey. See these leaders’ leadership and leading process by the roles’actions in World of Warcraft to explore what characters these leaders have. For analyzing whether the team leaders in this onn-line game have unique leadership or not, the main object of study in this research is World of Warcraft’s players. The survey is designed by the process of copy strategy from other players then uses it to generalize if these leaders have unique character. Moreover, discuss if this character will be the talent that the business needs in the future.
