In order to meet the rapidly changing competitive environment and timely construction of the cornerstone of the advantages of competition, individuals and organizations must respond to change and continuous learning growth and instantly cultivate diverse qualities to strengthen the core competitiveness. In this thesis, the import PDM (Project Data Management System) to speed up R &; D design by enhancing functions of data repository and data maintenance is studied. The case study shows that simplification of data collection procedures through integration of data flows enhances the overall competitiveness of the T Company.
