However, effective production planning and scheduling is usually cannot be resolved through a single issue, or some questions to meet your organization's needs. This study intended for the electronics assembly industry practices of the context analysis of enterprise production planning and scheduling needs, again provided by the existing industry-renowned APS system analysis of cross-integration features, and making business software and enterprise demand for reconstruction of the difference. The objective of the study is to understand the existing APS systems may encounter problems in the industry, and make future APS system space can improve further to effectively meet the practical needs of the industry in order to enhance the competitiveness of their enterprises. In addition, this research found due to enterprise production mode and processing type State of differences, led to APS system needed consider orders priority degrees, and main on behalf of material, and alternative group, and suppliers quota, and key material and engineering heavy Diego, and alternative resources, and job personnel skills skilled degrees, staggered conditions and even dynamic row thread of complicate, thus cannot fast reaction market dynamic, which research also will for the APS system its used of calculus method and in Enterprise the production features of applicability, and made in Enterprise different needs consider Xia of viable recommendations.
