Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 101 === Today, the business environment becomes more and more complicated. There are lots of factors would affect the business environment and organizational performance, environment can be categorized as internal and external environment. Unsuitable structure, inappropriate positions and organizational culture would influence internal environments. Organization change would be the most commonly method to solve internal environment problems. In this study, we will discuss how the organizational change affects organizational performance. In the past, the concept of “Competition” was survival of the fittest, but now we found that co-opetition can develop more markets than survival of the fittest.The researchers start to discuss how the co-opetition would affect the organizational performance. In this study, we will discuss how the change of co-opetition relationship affects organizational performance. In this study, we will through Sony’s reform to explanation how the change of co-opetition relationship and organizational change affects organizational performance.
