Organization change would be the most commonly method to solve internal environment problems. In this study, we will discuss how the organizational change affects organizational performance. In the past, the concept of “Competition” was survival of the fittest, but now we found that co-opetition can develop more markets than survival of the fittest.The researchers start to discuss how the co-opetition would affect the organizational performance. In this study, we will discuss how the change of co-opetition relationship affects organizational performance.
