Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 101 === The main purpose of this study was to understand the value of Multi-employment Development Plan by multiple practice. According communities of practice research, showing the value of multiple practice with tacit, align, and embedded. First, the researcher did literature review to deeply understand the theories of communities of practice, in order to build the pre-understanding of the study. Then, the study tried to explore the developing process. Secondly, the researcher used participant observation to understand individuals in communities of practice. According to the discussion on research analysis, the research conclusions as follows: First, the performance of practice was better than the performance of indiviuals. Secondly, the quality of interaction did not be affect the performance. Thirdly, relationships did not affect the performance. Finally, based on the conclusions above, several suggestions and the researcher reflection were proposed to be the reference for the restaurant management and the further study.
