| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工關係學系暨研究所 === 101 === In recent years, there is a considerable shortage of nursing labor forces. The high turnover rate reflects the difficulties which nursing labor forces encountering. Public opinion indicates the shortage is caused by harsh working conditions. This research is designed to illuminate the working conditions of nurses.
In-depth interviewed is adopted in this research, which conveys interviews of twelve nurses in Chiayi area, labor union and Council of Labor Affair. Based on in-depth interviews with 12 nurses in Chiayi area, knowing that the real labor conditions.
To resolve given issues, this research developed numerous policies and recommendations, such as setting rational ratio between patients and nurses, hiring nurse assistant to do administrative tasks, integrating labor consensuses into nursing-relative courses, increasing labor inspectors, to improve the laboring conditions of nurses by revising policies and systems, protect the rights of nurses.
