In this thesis, symbol error rate (SER) analysis is provided for a single relay of enhanced dynamic decode-and-forward cooperative network coding protocol in wireless network. Closed-form SER formulas for the cooperation system with PSK and QAM signals over Rayleigh and Nakagami-m fading channels has been derived. Moreover, the asymptotic approximations are established to show, in which one of them is tight at high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
