This study used questionnaires to Changhua County elementary school middle and high school teachers and support teachers in teaching calligraphy for the study, sampling 339 teachers. Survey results were analyzed by statistical methods, conclusions and recommendations of the studies are as follows: I. Three, years of service and inexperienced teachers, experienced teachers teaching calligraphy, small schools in remote areas of Changhua County elementary school teachers perceived the best performing administrative suppor.t Fourth, regardless of gender, years of teaching calligraphy, teacher education, school size, school location, Changhua County elementary school teachers.
