Summary:碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 保健食品系 === 101 === Child Welfare Bureau, Ministry of the Interior actively set up the Childcare-Resource or Parent-Child Center in cities and counties. This study is to expose the service status of the Childcare-Resource or Parent-Child Center by SERVQUAL model. The five dimensions of SERVQUAL model are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, widely used in service industries for understanding the service "needs" and "perception" of the target customer. SERVQUAL model build up the service quality indicators via provided a set of management and measurement methods of service quality for enterprises. Researchers verified and analyzed the literature, as well as visited the eight Childcare-Resource or Parent-Child Centers which is 3 in northern, 4 in central and 1 in southern Taiwan for the participant observation and the interview survey. It can be used as promoting mutual observation and subsequent reference, and expect follow-up can be gradually converted into assessment indicators to enhance the service function and quality for the benefit of children and their caregivers.
