School Innovative Management (school innovative management), not only is the advocacy of an idea is an action practice; through a specific program planning and strategy practice measures to create a variety of new as different from school or schools already. The post is, therefore, the present study was to investigate the following issues. First, teachers of different background variables of innovative teaching status of that? Second, the era of knowledge management, teachers' innovative teaching behavior and why? Furthermore, knowledge management and innovative teaching related and why? This study "Taichung City kindergarten teachers knowledge management and innovative teaching" is the subject of study for Taichung City kindergarten teacher survey research, depth discussion of the current situation and capabilities of knowledge management and innovative teaching. 400 questionnaire are sent to the kindergarten’s teachers, which 338 are returned and valid. Some conclusions are : 1. Taichung kindergarten teachers are good extent in terms of overall knowledge management and innovative teaching. 2. The score of “knowledge obtain” is the highest among the five dimension of KM. The teaching strategies is the highest among the ten dimension of Innovation Teaching. 3. Case of different background variables and environmental variables on kindergarten teachers' knowledge management differences, just below the level of significance of the gender variable, the rest of the age, education, years of service, job and so on four background variables are significant difference. 4. Different background variables and environmental variables difference in the kindergarten teachers on innovative teaching situation, just below the level of significance of the gender variable, the rest of the age, education, years of service, job and so on four background variables are significant difference. 5.
