We applied the structural equation modeling to analyze the data. The results of this study were: (1) cultural intelligence was positive related to overseas work adjustment; (2) overseas work adjustment had positive effect on work satisfaction; (3) cultural intelligence had positive effect on work satisfaction; and finally, (4) overseas work adjustment partially mediated the relationship between cultural intelligence and work satisfaction.
