It brings lots of potential businesses and advantages for the companies, also changing the runny way of the whole global business market. Nowadays, if the companies can not fit themselves with this kind of E-procurement models, they might out of the business. This research studies the performance of information technology between the enterprises and their suppliers by turning to use E-procurement, and analyzing the related factors which influence the performance of the purchasing chain. For past decades, Supplier Relationship Management has been an oncoming topic in Business Administration. People who are trying to let their suppliers change to use E-procurement also take this SRM as one of the factors to decide the cooperation. Looking backward to the research about SRM, we could discover that many studies focus on the relationship management between customers and their enterprises, but seldom tends to focus on the topic of relationship management between the enterprises and their suppliers. Such as the way they cooperate, or what the performances they are working out right now. That’s why this study focuses on the factors which could influence the whole purchasing chain. After analyzing the questionnaires from the suppliers who’s cooperating with the case company, we concluded the following findings. (1)There exists a positive correlation between the information sharing culture and the performance of E-procurement. (2)There exists a negative correlation between the perceived barriers to E-procurement implementation and its performance. (3)There exists a positive correlation between critical success factors in E-procurement and its performance. (4)There exists a positive correlation between the organizational performance with E- procurement and its practicing. (5)There also exists a positive correlation between supplier attitude of adopting E- procurement and the performance of E-procurement. Overall, the study suggests that as the enterprises who are trying to build in the IT of purchasing chain must choose the suppliers who also have same level of quality and efficiency and willing to have long-termed partner relationship. In addition, the enterprises have to inform their suppliers that the E-procurement system will bring the benefits for customer service, management of efficiency, and the upgrade of the quality. Through the integration of the information system, the enterprises could also list their exclusive suppliers, and be more confidence about the profit of their performance in the purchasing chain.
