Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 化工與材料工程學系 === 101 === Ofloxacin is one kind of antibiotics for gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria treatment effect is quite good, so it is widely used in the treatment of diseases.Because of ofloxacin is difficult to be biodegradable, if exists in the natural environment, will cause ecological burden. By J.T. Baker, Aldrich and UniRegion zinc oxide degradation ofloxacin, and optical properties through basic analysis, research reasons for the differences caused by the degradation effect. The results indicated crystalline size was the decisive factor rather than size and morphology.Using J.T. Baker zinc oxide in heterogeneous photocatalytic degradation of ofloxacin program, this study photocatalytic zno by ofloxacin change due to operation, such as catalyst concentration, pH, flux into the gas and UV wavelength, discuss the results and find out the best conditions in degradation of ofloxacin.Experimental results show that the concentration of 10 ppm in ofloxacin, the experimental operating conditions for catalytic concentration of 0.5 g/L, pH 8, UV 254 nm, in the air under the best reaction effect, degradation effect reached 99.5% after 120 minutes.
