Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 化工與材料工程學系 === 101 === Electro-spinning technology, has also often used in the field of biomedical engineering, nano fiber membrane made of it has holes, the tiny holes can allow nutrients and waste pass through and prevents tissue ingrowth that effectively form a barrier, Therefore, this study uses polycaprolactone, it has good biocompatibility and biodegradability properties, polyethylene glycol is added to enhance the ductility and hydrophilicity, produce polycaprolactone/ polyethylene glycol (PECL) nano fiber membrane, and add two drugs, Amoxicillin and Ibuprofen, to evaluate its promotion tendon healing and anti-adhesion formation after effects, and analyze their properties and assess fibroblasts (rabbit dermal fibroblast) in its nano fiber membrane, such as growth, cell cover, survival of biocompatibility testing, and animal experimental analysis. Comprehensive analysis of the results of that, Ibuprofen in the fiber is uniformly mixed phase, which is also observed there is no crystals in it; while in animal experiments, the drug-containing nano fiber membrane is indeed the anti-adhesion prevention, there is a certain degree of effectiveness. Therefore, the drug-containing nano fiber membrane has potential for anti-adhesion great.
