The process of phosphorylation, is involved in physiological and pathological process. Many researchers use methods of information technology to research phosphorylation sites. In data mining, the method of hierarchical cluster analysis extensively applied on the most of biomedical data analyzing and display the result of analyzing. After protein phosphorylation sequence clustered by method of analysis, using visualization software to display the result, can tellingly help expert analyzing. Leafs of tree view which used hierarchical cluster analyses aren’t optimizing ordering. Using method of optimal leaf ordering improving the effect of result of the hierarchical clusters and can get better result, can display better result by using visualization software. When researchers use different methods analyzing data of protein phosphorylation sequence, they must know how to compute and the process of search protein phosphorylation sequence become complicated. This study integrates software of hierarchical cluster analysis, optimal leaf ordering, and visualization software. User not only unlimited on the researchers of information technique but also use visualization to display protein phosphorylation sequence, and use method of optimal leaf ordering to observe protein phosphorylation sequence.
