The major source of banking profits is loan interests, and the most parts of non-interest income is transaction fee, but the overall percentage remained low. As an island-type economy, export is the main activity for Taiwan. Due to low interest spread of deposit and loan, and bank is the major settlement channel of cash flow for multi corporations. There is a great opportunity for banks to increase their non-interest incomes. Therefore most of the banks in Taiwan treat transaction services as a high priority business development target. In this research, the senior sales manager of “A” Bank is focused. The data is analyzed by utilizing the Focus Group interview and content analysis method in order to identify the factors that influence foreign exchange volume and foreign exchange business development of “A” Bank. In order to increase the volume of foreign exchange business and increase the non-interest income from service fee, “A” Bank has better increasing the satisfaction level of the customers by considering the following recommendations: enhancing the capability of internet exchange services, enhancing professional competence and streamlining the process.
