Their playing safety has become the most concern for parents. Consumer Foundation randomly examined the playground facilities in 20 elementary schools in metropolitan Taipei area and reported high rate of incompetent results. There are still many unnoticed risks to cause schoolchildren incidental injuries. Therefore, children are still using campus playground facilities with extreme high uncertainty and safety concerns. It will be a nightmare to all parents if the playing facilities become the tools that hurt children. To reduce accidents of children playing on playgrounds, this research improves swinging devices such as swings using TRIZ systematic innovative theory. Its destruction mechanisms and vulnerability are analyzed. Based on TRIZ techniques such as Contradiction Matrix, S-field and 76 Standard Solutions, the research proposes improvements for durability of the swings and the safety preventions for children falls. The idealized swings are developed to have a strong base for support. Holding chains are designed to grasp with slippery prevention for stability. A layer of a wearing resistance cushion block is coated on the chain ring buckle to increase resistance. The seat board has mobility to obtain buffer for durability. A safety sleeve is mounted on the original seat to enhance safety for protection. Furthermore, a level sensor is installed on the bracket to monitor the base inclination and the angle of swinging to prevent overdoing for safety. Chang Che-Way 張奇偉 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 79 zh-TW |
