With the decreasing birthrate in Taiwan, parents ask for higher and higher quality for what their children are taught at school. How to improve the effectiveness and the teaching quality is therefore the most urgent topic to investigate. With the change of the society, concepts which changed from product-oriented into consumer-oriented are introduced into the education system. It provides the teaching quality which satisfies students and achieves good learning outcomes. However, to assess the teaching quality, there is uncertainty and ambiguity in students’ subjective judgment. This study attempts to infuse the concept of fuzzy theory into the Kano questionnaires to solve the Inadequate of traditional ones and to descibe the cognition of the students for the impotance and satisfaction toward teaching quality. The fuzzy analytical Kano model is also applied to examine the students' perception towards the teaching quality of the mathematics teachers. The fuzzy analytical Kano model is mainly used and the refined analytical Kano model is used supplementedly to study the improvement of the teaching quality of mathematics furthermore. From the research results, the Kano two-dimensional quality attribute categorization of the teaching quality of mathematics, and satisfaction improvement index analysis/sorting can be ascertained. Moreover, the Kano two-dimensional quality importance index after categorization and the categorization/sorting of the key element of the satisfaction index are also proposed, so as to obtain more comprehensive quality attributes that are perceived as important by the students.
