As regards education, it also began to change because of the impact of information technology. Since 2001, we have hoped for improving the overall effectiveness of teaching by integrating information technology into teaching through the implementation of nine-year curriculum and the planning and development of information technology. Several investigations also showed that will of junior high school teachers to use information technology is the key to integrate information technology into teaching. This study was based on the decomposed theory of planned behavior (DTPB) , aimed at investigating whether the behavior will of junior high school teachers integrating information technology into teaching behavior has a significant predictive ability. Sampled on New Taipei City public junior high school teachers, questionnaires were used and analyzed with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The effective received questionnaires were 212 out of a total of 280. The results of the research were as follows: 1.The attitude of Junior high school teachers integrating information technology into teaching has a direct positive influence on the behavior intention of it. 2.The perceived usefulness of Junior high school teachers integrating information technology into teaching has a more significant influence on the attitude of it than the perceived ease of use and compatibility. It also has a positive significant influence on the behavior intention. 3.Subjective Norms of Junior high school teachers integrating information technology into teaching has no significant influence on the actual behavior. 4.The peer Influence and superior Influence have an influence on the subjective norms but none influence on the behavior intention. 5.The self efficacy and the facilitating conditions have an influence on the subjective norms but no significant influence on the behavior intention.
