Besides, it extreme impairs military combat power. Porter, Steers and Mowday (1979) advocated organizational commitment is the category of industrial and organizational psychology to predict job satisfaction better than employees turnover attitude indicator variables. However, the relevant studies did not ascertain whether the same results apply to our military flight officer or not. This study bases on the author’s knowledge of the functions and work of the Army Air Force fighters and pilots are valuable assets can not obtain or train well at short time. This empirical research will discuss the correlation among the Army flying staff job recognition, satisfaction, and organizational commitment. This research distributes 100 questionnaires to do Pearson correlation and regression equation model validation hypotheses analysis. Empirical study found that organizations through staff expertise for the content of their duties and safety of cognitive enhancement or upgrade to get more powerful the flight crew on organizational commitment, and strengthen their sense of the organization's prosperity. In addition, the study found that for flight personnel, the organization gives flight crew intrinsic satisfaction of the upgrade, may drive employee commitment to the organization improvement.
