It includes adjusting staff and merging units to sustain the competitiveness by downsizing the organization to reduce the personnel costs, and promoting operational efficiency to survive. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between job stress and turnover tendency on the voluntary Army political warfare officers and non-commissioned officers. In addition, personnel attributes are used to compare the differences. This study is conducted with the method of questionaire. The research subjects are the voluntary political warfare officers in the 6th Army Group.
