| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 101 === Tourism industry is an indispensable industry of Taiwan, and the development of hotel industry is a link that cannot be neglected in the process of improving the development of tourism industry. However, the development of hotel industry in Taiwan has saturated, as a result various types of hotels have been established, and “green hotels” are one of them. How hoteliers command key factors to make their hotels become natural, healthy and eco-friendly green hotels is quite important. There is a mature measurement index for green hotels abroad, while Taiwan adopted the “Green Building Label” and “Green Mark Hotel Regulations Standards” to evaluate a hotel. This study reviewed past literatures and the two labels to establish a framework of key success factors of a green hotel. Questionnaires on its consistent fuzzy preference were distributed to calculate its weight order. The study results discovered that the first three synthetic weights were environmental maintenance and protection, maintenance of air quality and energy-saving measures, while the weight of health aspect was the highest among other aspects. In conclusion, suggestions are proposed to serve as a reference for hoteliers.
