| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 景觀建築學系碩士班 === 101 === In order to protect the Hsinchu coastal natural resources, and maintain the species diversity, Hsinchu City Government submitted the proposal of "Keya Xikou Xiangshan wetland wildlife habitat" to the Council of Agriculture Official on June 8, 1990, and the "Hsinchu City Coastal Wildlife Protected Areas" was designated on December 14, 2001，the Xian Shan Intestinal was officially classified as "East Asian waterfowl protection network" part of the international Ramsar Convention Organization meeting held in Brisbane, Australia, in 1996.
The data which was investigated in the Hsinchu City Coastal Wildlife Protected Area during 2001 to 2011, was applied in this study. the main purposes of this study were to explore the expansion of mangroves and the effectiveness of the removal, the impact of the recovery plan to the wild animals, and the discussion of the relevant laws and administrative management, the research summarized results of recovery plans during 2001 to 2011, and proposed the suggestion for the following administrative management.
