The generality of information technology, improvement of techniques, and the widespread of contacts are the factors why it is so indispensable. Growing up under such digital technology conditions, the ways which students in junior high schools think and learn are quite different. Integrating information technology into teaching is an indispensable way to keep abreast of the times. The main purposes of this study are to understand the situations and to explore different factors which impact the differences between teachers ’using behaviors of IT integrated into teaching. According to innovativeness and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), the innovativeness, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facility conditions, and teachers individual background variables are also important constructs to the teachers’ behavior intentions and using behaviors of IT integrated into teaching. A questionnaire survey method is adopted and the samples are collected from junior high school teachers in various domains. Questionnaires about discussing the IT integrated into teaching from innovativeness and UTAUT in junior high school are designed as data collecting tools. Through data analysis and discussion, key factors which affect IT integrated into teaching in junior high schools are found to help promote IT integrated into teaching and they are references to teaching materials developing, students’ learning achievement policy making, and students’ learning effects promoting. Major conclusions of this study are listed as followed: 1.The willingness and users’ behaviors of IT integrated into teaching are affected by teachers with different background variables. 2.The innovativeness of teachers in junior high with different background variables is quite different. 3.The acceptance of IT integrated into teaching among junior high teachers with different background variables is different. 4.There is a significantly positive correlation between innovativeness and UTAUT. 5.There is a positive correlation among innovativeness, users’ willingness, and users’ behaviors. 6.The IT integrated into teaching is positively correlated to users’ willingness and users’ behaviors.
