Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 應用統計學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === This research aims to investigate Taipei city junior high school teachers’ self expectat -ion of working connotation. Questionnaire approach was adopted and 150 junior high school teaches in Taipei City were randomly picked as research samples. The collected data were then analyzed by means of Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, T-Test and One-Way ANOVA. Scheffe’s post-hoc comparison test will be conducted later to indicate significance. The findings of this research are as follows : ( I ) Five principal components in “teachers’ self expectation of working connotation” are: 1.Aggressive attitude and positive guidance. 2.Innovative and advanced communication and sharing. 3.Good example establishment and selfless dedication. 4.Emotional transformation and relaxing life. 5.Student cultural understanding and style establishment. (II) Among five principal components of “teachers’ self expectation of working connotat-ion”, the best-performing is “aggressive attitude and positive guidance”, while the worst-performing is “student cultural understanding and style establishment”. Last, some suggestions and recommendations will be offered to government, schools and future researches based on the research findings.
